  • Six-speed automatic, available with Power Takeoff (PTO) capability
  • Six-speed manual, available with PTO capability

Both transmissions have plenty of gears to deliver efficient power to pull your load wherever the job drives you. Speaking of pulling ahead, the six-speed manual offered in 4500 and 5500 Chassis Cabs has a lower first gear ratio than Ford or GM conventional chassis cab models.

    Dodge Ram Chassis Cab trucks boast an impressive standard Power Takeoff (PTO) capacity of 35 horsepower and 135 lb-ft of torque.
